John G. Slifka
John’s passion is providing common sense strategies designed to create, accumulate, and preserve wealth for business owners, professionals, and families. He uses a holistic approach, considering the key aspects of a client’s business or life situation, during the financial planning process.
As a contributor to the Beltz Ianni & Associates retirement plan consulting team, John delivers tangible value to employers by providing understanding, clarity, and appropriate solutions in a complex and evolving retirement plan market. In this challenging and liability-laden environment, John effectively assesses a business’s objectives, then provides guidance for improving plan services and cost structures.
John started his career in the financial services industry in 1989, working with a broad array of products and services. With diverse life experiences from thirteen years in the military to various corporate roles in information technology, telecommunications, and management, John has a unique ability to understand the needs of his clients as varied as physicians and farmers to employers with two to 400 employees.
A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree, John holds Series 7, 6, and 63 financial certifications, as well as licenses in life and health insurance.
John and his wife, Josie, reside in Floyd, New York. John and his wife enjoy traveling across the country visiting their three daughters and their families.
