David Ianni

David has been involved with financial consulting for businesses and high net worth individuals since 1981. His area of focus addresses issues of estate planning strategies and executive compensation and benefits. David leads the Life Insurance Audit Group and co-leads the Personal Services Group with Mark Siler.

David is a member of the Rochester Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Past President for the Rochester Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, a former member of the Planned Giving committee for the Al Sigl Center and WXXI. For nine years David served on the Board of Directors for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He also served for several years as a member of the Rochester Area Foundation’s Professional Advisors Liaison committee.

David was awarded the title of Retirement Planning Specialist based upon the successful receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Advest Institute at Harvard University. David is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round table (MDRT), an international association of leading financial professionals recognized as the standard of excellence in the life insurance based financial services industry. He is also a member of MDRT’s prestigious “Top of the Table “. In 2006 David was inducted into the AXA Equitable Hall of Fame.

A sought after speaker on topics such as “non-qualified plans” and “charitable estate planning strategies”, David currently resides in Pittsford, NY with his wife, Lany.
